I haven't trained like a bodybuilder in quite some time, so I'm not sure if the routine is off. This routine would be carried out on a cycle.
A) Chest/bis:
- Bench Press 3x8-12
- DB Flyes 4x10-12
- Pullovers- 3x15
- Chest Extreme Stretch
- Standing Concentration Curl 3x8-12
- Cable Curls 3x8-12
- Hammer Curls- 3x8-12
- Biceps Extreme Stretch
B) Back/shoulder/tris:
- Lat Pulldowns- 3x8-12
- Seated Rows- 3x8-12
- Deadlift- 3x8
- Front Rows- 3x10
- Lateral Raises- 3x10
- Rear delt Flyes- 3x10
- Back Extreme Stretch
- Tricep Pushdowns- 3x15
- Skullcrushers- 4x8
- Tricep Extreme Stretch
C) Legs/abs:
- Leg Extensions 3x15
- Bulgarian Split Squats- 3x12
- Leg Curls- 3x8-12
- Calf Raises- 3x12
- Hamstring Extreme Stretch
- Ab circuit
* Cardio done 3 times a week *
