    How does this look? (Critique)

I haven't trained like a bodybuilder in quite some time, so I'm not sure if the routine is off. This routine would be carried out on a cycle.

    A) Chest/bis:
    - Bench Press 3x8-12
    - DB Flyes 4x10-12
    - Pullovers- 3x15
    - Chest Extreme Stretch
    - Standing Concentration Curl 3x8-12
    - Cable Curls 3x8-12
    - Hammer Curls- 3x8-12
    - Biceps Extreme Stretch

    B) Back/shoulder/tris:
    - Lat Pulldowns- 3x8-12
    - Seated Rows- 3x8-12
    - Deadlift- 3x8
    - Front Rows- 3x10
    - Lateral Raises- 3x10
    - Rear delt Flyes- 3x10
    - Back Extreme Stretch
    - Tricep Pushdowns- 3x15
    - Skullcrushers- 4x8
    - Tricep Extreme Stretch

    C) Legs/abs:
    - Leg Extensions 3x15
    - Bulgarian Split Squats- 3x12
    - Leg Curls- 3x8-12
    - Calf Raises- 3x12
    - Hamstring Extreme Stretch
    - Ab circuit

    * Cardio done 3 times a week *

    Routine:
    1) A, C, Off, B, Off, A, Off

    Please critique.

I think you could probably add some incline/decline as well as flat. I've hear people attest to how incline bench is the best mass builder. Also, I am questioning whether it's good to DB Flye til failure if you're doing pullovers afterward. Surely that's not optimal for your shoulder joints.

What do you mean by concentration curl? Is it EZ-Bar? Personally i'd put the Cable Curls til the end so you can have a good look at yourself in the mirror, so you can keep the good form and constant tension for that nice pw pump. I never do Hammer Curls so I dunno about that.

What do you do for abs?

Also, squats first and do the others later? I think it's better to do compound movements earlier in your workout

    Thanks for replying

I think I may add inclines. The reason as to why DB Flyes to failure is because I do them light with speed.

It's like a concentration curl but you're standing and bent. (don't think it has a name, but I like how it hits the biceps) I use these as some sort of warm up for the heavy cable curls. After I do cable curls my bis are burned to hell and I finish it up with Hammers

I do a 3 giant sets for abs consisting of: Weighted crunches, jackknife crunches, reverse crunches, leg raises, and a plank finish.

Actually I typed the leg order wrong. I use heavy extensions first as a warm up, and do Bulgarians after that. Must edit that now.

Thanks for the critique I'll throw some incline work in there.

I have always considered failure workouts to be their own session cause alot of times it requires more time for recovery, I am no pro by any means but that is something i have noticed for me.

If anyone says different id love to hear it. (Seriously cause i like failure lifts)

    Thanks for pointing it out.

I will set my Flyes to the 10-12 rep range.
