I am currently doing weights 2 days a week and 3 days cardio (all one hour sessions). Would it be better and more beneficial to break it up and do 1/2 hour cardio and 1/2 hour weights per session? Would I see more weight loss? Ideally I would like to shed a few pounds but stepping on the scale, I havent noticed any weight loss with my current program. Proper diet has been maintained so it isnt that. I am 5'8' 185lbs
