Size/Muscle/Strength with Total Body Routine?

Hey everyone,

im still stuck in between doing a total body routine or 5 day split.. I'm going to spend the entire summer working on adding as much size, muscle, and strength without gaining anymore that 2% body fat. halfway through the summer, ill start a cycle of AN's THE ONE or PP's 1-T Tren. But I want the best workout routine. so basically, what routine would benefit me the most?
My diet is already in check, along with staple supps...
