    rear delt form


    Im not sure if i have the correct form when im doing face pulls,rear delt flys and bent over flys

    can some post a utube vid with good form?

    The exercise he does at roughly 6:25 where he lays on his side and raises the weight across his chest towards the ceiling is one of the best feeling exercises ever -- I feel that in my rear delts more than anything else.
