Help twinking my Workout Routine

ok i figured id post my workout routine and try to get some help from more experienced lifters...

Monday Chest/Shoulders
bench press 3x6 sometimes i do a pyramid of 8,6,4,2,1,2,4,6,8 to switch it up
shoulder press 3x8
incline dumbbell bench 3x8 or 3x6 depending on what i did last workout
cable crossover a set of 12 then 10 then 8
upright rows 3x8 sometimes 3x10
decline dumbbell bench 3x6 or 3x8
flys 3x10

Tuesday Legs/Back
Squats 12/10/8 or 3x6
not sure what u call these but u sit on a bench and pull towards you(back exercise) 3x8
Deadlift 3x6
T-row 3x6
Leg Press 3x6
Calf Raises 20/16/12
Pull Downs 12/10/8

Thursday Bis/Tris
Preacher Curl 3x6 or 3x8 or 12/10/8
Dips 3x12 (belt with 65 pounds on it)
Standing Curls 3x8
Nosebreakers 3x6 or 3x8
Hammer Curls 3x8 or 3x10
Rope Pull downs 3x8

Any suggestions on different exercises i might try or anything would be appreciated... getting pretty serious about weight lifting and i just want to take the next step

i also go on saturdays and do Legs/Back

I would personally give legs and back their own days. Large muscle groups. Personally when I'm done with legs I'm ready to puke my ass off. Can't imagine training back as well.
