I will be working out 5 out of 7 days per week. I will occasionally toss in a sixth day. My upcoming cycle is a lean bulk, and I'm wanting to ahieve as much LBM and strength as possible while on it. I used to go into the gym and work on whatever I feel needed to be worked on that day, but I always worried about not giving those different muscles enough time to recover and causing more harm than good. For those of you who don't know, I'll be on Sustanon 250 for 8 weeks, during which I'll be using an S-Drol clone during the first few weeks to help jump-start my strength and weight gains, and will then be using an Epi clone during the last few weeks before PCT.
