Is it effective done HIIT style compared to an elliptical HIIT? Also, I've heard that you shouldn't do it since it is detrimental to your gains lower body. My goal isn't to be huge, just muscular with the cut athletic look. Also, I've heard that jumping burns about 11 calories a minute, does that sound right?
