each muscle twice a week or one?

Hey, im 20 years old. I am currently taking an anabolic steroid cycle. I have been lifting since freshman year in high school. I would consider myself pretty big I guess. I am 6 foot about 200 pounds. 10 percent body fat.

Since I am on a cycle, I am wanting to get as big as possible. I was wondering if it would be more productive to lift each muscle once per week or twice? I have been back and forth on this forever. I figured since I was on a cycle, I could afford to lift a bit more. I am wanting to do a split where I lift each muscle every forth day. The split I am thinking about doing is this:

    Monday- Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
    Tuesday- Back, Biceps
    Wednesday- Legs
    Thursday- Off
    Friday- Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
    Saturday- Back, Biceps
    Sunday- Legs

Then monday would be off and Tuesday would be the start of the program again.

I eat as much as possible and stay on top of my shakes. I want to get AS BIG as possible, so please let me know if I could overtrain lifting twice a week even on AAS? or if this workout could show me some great gains. Thanks

To be honest, I was at my biggest without ph's when training like this twice a week but I did a lot of deads and squats. If your eating a lot and taking shakes after your already full from eating you should be fine as long as your getting enough "good" sleep.

But what worked for me may not work for you but I like your workout and I say why not try it out your young and have plenty of time for trial and error.

You can lift each muscle twice a week, but you should not go into the gym and do a 15 set marathon per bodypart twice a week. That is counterproductive, no matter what you are taking unless your name is Ronnie Coleman.

on cycle im doing my upper split arms, off, off, chest, back, off, off. my arms get hit pretty well doing heavy benches and pullups on the chest/back days.

think it helps to have one day be lower volume, more power moves, and one high volume "pump" moves.

I hit each bodypart 4x per week and I'm natural.

Recovery is variable and improvable, just as other aspects of training.

This is really the only way I can get big gains. Each bodypart two times per week with about 12 to 15 sets per large muscle. This type of training routine is great supplemented with creatine and an n.o. booster. this works well for me.

is that your normal routine??? If it is, stick with it, if it isn't you might want to try it out for a few weeks until you think you are ready.. before you start juicin.. just my opinion... good luck!

    Add shoulders to leg day.

Too young for AAS, and 200lb at 6 feet is NOT pretty big

Shoulders to leg day would mean his second week will be chest right after shoulders. Ow

200 pounds at 10 percent bodyfat is pretty big. Not huge but bigger than the average joe.
