How do you use these effectively? I like to use warm up sets and I feel they are a good thing to avoid injury before going heavy, here's my question... if you're doing 3x10 of bench press whats the typical weight you use for warm up compare to your first set? (in lbs or percentage)
cool down sets... I like to use these to get a good pump, usually I'll tapper down the weight as in drop sets, but i get taxed heavily and will only do this at the end of my workout!
What's your strategy if you use these?
