  1. How to form the lower pecs?


    What exercises should I incorporate to help shape up my lower pecs? Any advice on shaping up the chest in general would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Lower chest--anything decline...see what works best for you--barbell, dumbell or flyes on the decline bench. Can superset any of the movements with dips.

  5. DB decline flyes have helped me in this dept. Go as deep as possible,.. dont bend the elbows much or turn it into a hybrid press/fly. Hold at the bottom for 3-5 secs. Youll love it the next day.

  6. Flat bench press, and flyes with a twist of the dbells at the tops and a good hard squeeze.
