I have been lifting hard over the last two months and i'm wondering if I am overtraing or leaving anything out...
Aerobics are thrown in after and all sessions for 1.5 hours

Monday: Chest; normal, incline, decline, flies
Shoulders; military, rear delt raise

Tuesday: Legs; squats, cleans, leg press, straight legs
BI's/Tri's; dips, arm curl, lying barbell extensions

Wednesday: More Chest
Back; HEAVY deadlifts, pulldowns, bent-over rows

Thursday: More Legs
More Shouders

Friday: BI's/TRI's

Tell me what you think and any suggestions would help...i'm trying to pack on 15lbs. of muscle in the next 4 months
