alright heres my question my spring break is coming up starting this friday. Driving to ohio saturday. gonna party saturday night and go to the arnold sunday. I wont be home till the following sunday so my question is should i workout or take the week off?
I can go with a friend up to 3 times to workout down there. I also usually lift 3-4 days a week. I know with the drinking and smoking and seeing old friends im not going to be able to eat like i should be etc.. and a heavy routine of Dumbell Cleans and Bench Press, Squat,m Shoulder Press, Deadlift, Rows is gonna be hard but should i just man up and do it? or should i just do Some moderate weight 3-4 sets 8-10 rep workout or just take the whole weeek off?
