Need help on training schedule

Ok so currently i work out at my house but im going to get membership to gym soon and wondering whats best routine to gain the muscle not to cut. I hear a lot about 5x5 but thats more for cutting from what i understand and 10x3 is more bulking. What are some good exercises to do each day. I.E. Chest one day, Legs, Back, Arms, What are some exersices i can do to maximise results. And whats the reccomended recovery time. I know these are fairly basic questions but i want to know before i head there so im not like a chicken with its head cut off in there.

Also im not new to working out so some exercises not reccomended for new lifters i can do. Im looking for a solid workout regimine i have the diet just need the workout when i get to the gym.
