ok well im not maxing anytime soon. but i had an important question..

im doing a 5 set of 1 on a 3 rep max program.. basically if i can hit 240 x 3 on bench i do 5-7 sets of 1 and then move up 5 pounds do 5 sets of and work up till i hit 7 or 8 sets of 1 and keep that going.

my question is what should i try to max?
for bench i did 240 for 5 sets of 1 today
Deadlift 385 3 sets of 1 no wraps sumo style.
