I've developed a pain in my collar bone area, it hurts here and there and I can feel a pressure on it when I do pressing exercises [incline bench, db press, along with shrugs and sometimes flyes] its not a sever pain however. I'm sure I acquired this from doing dumbbell presses [going to drop them from my routine and go back to good ol' bench press]
I know I can still do legs :P , leaving chest out is probably a good idea [until healed] but what about back, shoulders, bi's tri's .... ?
or should I go by if it doesn't hurt do it, if it does don't until its all nice and healed?
