Wkends....rest unless I get bored. May lift a little or do a kick punch drill on heavy bag. Or I may get a long Isotonic workout with Bullworker.

My equipment is limited & can't really afford Gym while I'm training TKD. I test for 1st degree Black in June. I may take time off after that and get Gym membership. Not sure yet, I love martial arts.

I have Dumbells and incline bench. Curling bar. Perfect Push Ups. Iron Gym pull up bar. Bullworker. Everlast Heavy Bag.

your eating too many artificial foods. you need more whole foods in your diet. what kind of oats? sugared? plain? i would lay off the fruit bar in your 8pm meal. stay away from sugars late in the day. other than that, diet is good. try and limit to 2 meals of protein shakes unless your on the go all the time.

Plain oats. Reason for 3 protein shakes is my work hours. I avg. 10 to 12 hr shift every day. Barely any time to work out much less cook. I cook all my workday meals on sunday...store in tupperware & refridgerate. Wife cooks my supper in evening. 3rd shake & nutragrain bar is like a night time snack. LOL...it used to be a glass of milk & 2 Little Debbie cakes. I miss Little Debbie. She was so hot & tempting.
