  1. Im training again peoples


    I was out of training for weeks due to my rotator cuff injury. Its still not 100% but Im just doing lifts that dont really bother it. Still too scared too bench.

    After doing Triceps today man I looked awesome in my tank lol. Well im happy to be back in the gym and back on the forum, just wanted to let yall know.

    I get some good advice on here even though im new. Thanks!

  3. Best of luck, just try not to do too much too quickly after an injury. And make sure you have a spotter if you're at all concerned about the weight you're putting up.
