    hi, need help with my routine please. i train chest and triceps on mondays.. back and biceps on tuesday.. shoulders and traps friday and legs on saturday. i do 12 10 8 and 6 reps. but i cant get passed the stage of adding more weight to my routine..any info most welcome

    Maybe you should switch up your routine? Sounds like you stagnated.
