help with a 1 month solid bulking routine

Im looking to really pack as much mass as i can in the next month but i also need to work on the upper body (chest and Shoulders) as there lacking in size compared to the rest of my body. I can workout every day of the week if i need to but i would like some help with a solid split program that i could do for the next month and will pack on overall mass but concentrate more with the chest and shoulders.
