Online Fitness Trainer?

I'm currently in Iraq, and have been doing a lot of bodybuilding. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a trainer that helps people with everything, including diet,supps,and workout plans and what something like that might cost? I appreciate any help from u guys thanks

I would say you already found it bro. I mean all you have to do is go to the appropriate forum and ask for all the help you need. The great about it, it won't cost you a thing. Guys are always willing to help in any way possible. All you have to do is be humble in your quest. Hope this helps.
