I'm having trouble deciding on a split...
Here are the three I'm Contemplating...
Day 1: Push
Day 2: Heavy Legs + secondary Pulls
Day 3: off
Day 4: Push
Day 5: Heavy pulls + secondary legs
Day 6-7: off
or
Day 1: Strength Upper
Day 2: Strength Lower
Day 3: off
Day 4: Hyper Push
Day 5: Hyper Pull
Day 6: Hyper Legs
Day 7: off
or
Day 1: Push
Day 2: Heavy Legs
Day 3: off
Day 4: Pull
Day 5: Dynamic Legs
Day 6: off (or trouble areas: biceps, triceps, delts...basically beach workout)
Day 7: off
Anyone got any suggestions?
Going to be doing this with an Hdrol cycle. Technically it's a cut...but just because I'm trying to up my LBM. Not a true bulk...but not a true cut either.
