The never mentioned exercises

  1. The never mentioned exercises

    I have been on AM a few months now, but there are some exercises that I do, but I have never seen mentioned on here. I was wondering if none of you guys do them, and why not.
    Dumbbell Pull overs
    Hip Abductors (inside and outside)
    lying leg curls
    seated leg curls

  2. Do 'em all but the ab/adductors.

    I'll actually be doing DB Pullovers tonight.

  3. Do you do your pull overs for chest or back, or for both?

  4. Both. I take the DB all the way down until it touches my stomach, then back until it hits the ground behind my head. I feel in my middle chest and back primarily, but my shoulders and tris get worked well too.
