  1. is riding a bicycle comprimising my gains.

    i'm curious as to whether or not riding a bike back and forth from the gym would hinder my gains. i live 1.5 miles one way from my gym. also i am currently training to bulk up. the intesity isn't much at all seeings how there is one minor hill both ways. any insight would be greatly appreciated.

  2. i dont see how that would. cardio you will be burning fat but on a bike 1.5 miles is not very far. so i dont think so but i dont know that for sure.

  3. you are burning calories while you ride the bike.
    You need a surplus of calories to gain mass.

    So as long as you are taking in more than you are expending you will grow.
