agreed. place your palms on the bar (next to each other) with your thumbs out (touching each other) that's about where you want your hand placement. make this movement slow, i know guys who moved fast at first and srtained their wrists. you only need to come down to about 2 or 3 inches off your chest to protect your wrists or where it feels comfortable for you.
