    4 Day Splits vs 6 Day Splits


    I'm currently running a 6 day split. Legs, Chest+Bi's, Shoulders+Tri's+Back. I wanted to know the pro's and con's of both types of training.

    How is this a six day split? Are you doing each one twice a week? Sounds like too much to me if you are doing it 2x a week.

    I do a 4 day split chest + triceps, back + biceps, legs and shoulders, and I take a day off in between and start all over this way i workout some body part twice.

    Yea i do it twice a week with a rest after the first 3
