4 Day Splits vs 6 Day Splits

How is this a six day split? Are you doing each one twice a week? Sounds like too much to me if you are doing it 2x a week.

I do a 4 day split chest + triceps, back + biceps, legs and shoulders, and I take a day off in between and start all over this way i workout some body part twice.

Yea i do it twice a week with a rest after the first 3

4 days a week is pushing it. 6 is over training.
