  1. Getting back into things, need some help

    I used to lift weights Hardcore when I played football, but as in any sport, they only work what will be used. We did bench, power cling, squat, and dead lift as our core lifts. I mean I got bigger, but i wasn't what I wanted, and I'm still not. I recently just got back into the gym. I'm still a fairly large guy, but I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for massive chest, tri, bi, ab growth, without the use of steriods hah. Any advice, exercises, routines, anything would be GREATLY appreciated!
    I'm Six Foot, and right now I way around 175-180.

  2. Just read everything on this site that you can, there is tons of great information.

    Diet is probably one of the most important things, if you have your diet 100% then your bound to get somewhere.

    I got most of my workout info and different routines from, lots of great articles to read through.
