So if your deterioting or tearing muscle tissue when you work out, the only time it can really grow is when you rest. How many days is it best to rest the muscles you just worked out.. 2 or 3? :nutkick:
depends what you're doing. how much you're eating. what your goals are. Check out the HST routine (hypertrophy specific). Its a full body workout 3 times a week. thats not even 48 hours rest. but its only 2 sets per exercise. so the same amount of workout throughout the week just spread out rather than all 6 sets in one day
