I`m starting a test propionate, epithin e & oxanavar/oxanabolon cycle in january. Could you take look at my training plan and put some corrections if needed? Pecs are my priority, so I`d like to train`em twice a week (one heavy, one light trainng).
monday - chest+triceps
bench press 8 sets 12-6 reps
narrow grip bench press 4 sets 8-6 reps
dips 4 sets 12 reps
arm straightening-lift 3 sets 8 reps
dumbell french press 3 sets 8 reps
tuesday-legs+back
barbell squats 8 sets 12-6 reps
barbell kneels (no idea how to name this excercise in english) 4 sets 8 reps
