    help with a routine


    alright guys i need some help.
    i have been training for 2 years now and im looking for something new.
    i need something incorporating deadlifts,squats and bench press.
    one of my good friends recently introduced me to deadlifts and i love them. this is my current routine

    Monday- Chest/Tri
    Tues- Legs
    Wed- Rest
    Thur- Back

    Then i just repeat. i do abs on random days and dont have a day for shoulders. they have grown alot just from bench press. any help is great. thx guys!

    I would make friday shoulders and arms, that way everything is incorporated for sure, and just throw in the compound exercises where you see fit to place them on your workout days man
