alright guys i need some help.
i have been training for 2 years now and im looking for something new.
i need something incorporating deadlifts,squats and bench press.
one of my good friends recently introduced me to deadlifts and i love them. this is my current routine
Then i just repeat. i do abs on random days and dont have a day for shoulders. they have grown alot just from bench press. any help is great. thx guys!
