I've been doing chest/tri's for a while now. Gonna do chest/bi's tonight.

Flat bench 4x6-9
Incline DB 4x6-9
Cable curls 3x5-7
Hammer curls 3x5-7
Pec deck 3x12-15
2 sets of 21's on camber bar

Any suggestions or good to go~~ freq out
