Hello fellow AMers

I went from 200 to 175 in a year....now a year later I'm still at 173-175. I just feel like I'm stuck in a rut, my weight doesn't really change.
I keep a log here and am ready for a new workout. I typically did a 3 day workout, m,w,f. Chest/tris on M, Back/bis on W, legs/shoulders on F. 15mins cardio (bike - HIIT or random hill) after each session. My goal is to lose more bodyfat (16% last time i checked).
