How much Cardio before it becomes counter-productive?

How much time in your opinion does a person have to do cardio before it becomes counter-productive? Or is there a universal time.

Example: While working today at YMCA, I noticed a woman that came in and did nothing but cardio for 1 hour and 45 minutes (Elliptical and Treadclimber)

Isn't there a point where if you do too much at one time it becomes redundant?

I've always been of the opinion that you can't over do cardio. Of course unless you are trying to bulk.

Cardio helps to recover faster. This is a fact.

IMO, the intensity plays a role. To help recover faster, a fast walk post workout is best IMO. Keeps me lean and away from any bloat I might have during a bulk..
