tri's/bi's/forearms

I recently switched up my schedule so now Im working tir/bi/forearms on the same day. Chest, two days before tris, and bi's one day after back. is there any order with the three that will wokr better?

two suggestions
1) Work the weaker muscle first
2) superset them - this causes not only a better pump but also saves time because while your resting on muscle group you are working the other
