Im 18 5'7 170lbs 15%bf iv been lifting serious for a year when i started i weighed 150lbs prolly 25% bf. my routine has currently consisted of heavy pull ups, bb rows, bench press(bb and db), incline press, military press(bb and db), legs press(horrible knees from motocross i can barely squat down with my bodyweight without pain)
well you get the idea. im really looking to seitch it up for a while but still pack on some nice mass and im really interested in bodyweight exercises for overful fitness but would that be a bad concept for building mass? could someone point me in the right direction i usually workout 4 to 5 times a week with 2 to three days rest.
