So the doctor just told me no leg work or running for at least a month. i guess I have tendinitis and they wanna treat it. I'm doing HIT training and I'm having a tough time deciding which exercises are good for just upper body. What do you guys think? I do the typical, one set per exercise, Mon Wed Fri. Any ideas? I figure probably 8-10 exercises but that may be too many for just upper body. I don't know.
