I'm looking at starting some form of DC-style routine starting today after work. From what I've read, intensemuscle.com is the best place to go, but it is blocked here at work for some reason. I don't really have time to search and figure everything out while at work, and I'd like to get started today. If anyone has any DC routines that worked for them, please post them up and explain them to me. I understand Rest/Pause, and that there is some stretching involved w/ DC. I've never seen these stretches, so if you could either elaborate on how to do them correctly or post pictures/videos up that would be helpful as well.
By the way, I have decent recovery, and am not a beginner. Not sure if that plays a role in deciding which routine to go with or not.
