    CrossFit Resource/WOD Page


    I know it's not for everyone, but I've been at it exclusively for over a year now. It's very addicting. However, for those that are into CrossFit you know that before you even start your workout, you have to go web page to web page to find a WOD. That can take a lot of time. Well to help y'all out (myself included) I've found a page which gives you several options daily for workouts of the day, usually 3-4 and there are several pages of archives now, giving up additional WOD's to choose from. Anyway now all the work is done for you. You just have to go to copfit.net to find your next WOD.

    Its a great reference page, take a look and forward it to your friends if they are into CrossFit as well. I get nothing out of this, it doesn't cost anything, I just want to help fellow CrossFit freaks out by having a place to find workouts at. Also if you've never tried it take a look as well.

    Thanks for the link - some great WOD's listed there. It now joined a few other internet shortcuts on my computer, right next to the main page Crossfit and Catalyst Athletics.

    To throw out an additional page - Crossfit Endurance

    Crossfit Endurance can be used solo or in conjuction with Crossfit WOD's. Lots of fun, and crazy effective. I've been training speed work at the track, and I'm having the time of my life right now. Just as addicting as Crossfit main WOD's (have to watch yourself though in the beginning, overtraining comes hard and fast if you bite too much)!

    this is great thread, I was looking into this. Its like having wrestling practice again....without the spandex sweaty guy i have to hold in a half nelson.....
