Hey, I've been working out for about a year and a half now.. Over the past month I get one exercise into my bi workout which is usually DB Hammers 3x10, and my left bi already has a huge pump and is totally blown out... Is it possible that I lost that much strength and endurance in my left by from doing 5 weeks of 3x8?!?! Or am I missing something. I have never had this problem before, and I have no idea what it could be.... Any insight you guys have would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks Guys!!
** I should also add I have tried switching up the workout like going with preacher curls or straight bar curls first and it's the same result every time... Wasn't to worried about it until my bi's started shrinking down :/
