    Hey i started swimming for my high school team.. so i suppose i will obviously have to put a hold on trying to bulk... but i want to know.. can i still get bigger while swimming.... i want to know some opinions of workouts i could do for my new high endurance self....???


  2. If you eat enough, the pounds will come. Swimming is awesome exercise, great cardio, and it can work pretty much all the muscles in the body.

  3. I would do whatever the coach tells you to do as far as exercising and eating. Nothing more nothing less.

    Keep in mind I am biased being I am a former swim coach

    Ok then in your opinion what would be a good workout??

    Right now as of today, i have started a new endurance workout... i'll do my warm up set.. work set and then lower the weight back down and rep it out for 30 seconds... i add in a little pre-exhaust aswell.. thanks

  5. I am sorry I am not understanding.

    I don't know what swim workouts your coach is doing so I would ask him what he thought.

    Some coaches don't want to have their swimmers do weights.
