3 day workout plan... suggestions?

  1. 3 day workout plan... suggestions?

    So im trying to find the most effective way to get my workouts in 3 days a week... anyone have any programs or suggestions?

    I was thinking

    Mon - Chest/Tri's
    Flat BB
    Incline DB

    Wed - Back/Biceps
    Military Press
    Pull ups
    Chin ups

    Fri - Legs
    Leg Press
    Calve exercises

    Where can i put deads in here?
