whats up. I hit the gym 4 days a week but my time in the gym varies..

day 1 - 5 hours

day 2 & 3- 3 hours

day 4 - 2 hours


my question is is is better to be consitent or is altering times ok.

I average 4-6 different excersises each day and do anywhere from 4 to 8 sets. Im big into muscle confusion as it works for me and have seen incredible gains in a short period of time....

Im strongest on my first day because of the rest period so I just work hard on it. I could probably go longer on the other days but my muscles are ussually sore on the 4th day so I dont overdue it....
