| Registered User | The program is a basic upper and lower split with no training on consecutive days. 1 warmup set on each exercise followed by 2 work sets. Only 6 exercises per workout which means 12 work sets in each workout due to the fact that i'm used to a 5 day body part split routine, i'm havin a hard time fitting so many upper body muscles in just 2 days i'm VERY open to suggestions ![]() i was actually thinking of fitting a few upper body movements into the leg days seeing as theres room in each one Upper 1 elbow in dumbell row elbow out dumbell row Individual preacher curl Incline smith Tricep extension Hang clean and press Lower 1 +abs Power squat pullovers Sitting calf raises Sitting leg curl Upper 2 Rack deadlift Bent over barbell row Lat extension Seated dumbbell cleans Flat dumbbell press Pronated forearm curl Lower 2 +abs Leg press lunges leg press calf raises Snatch grip or Romanian deadlift i included pullovers on leg day because i'm trying breathing squats and pullovers. sry if the names are a lil weird. |

| Registered User | Im more of a 5 days a week kind of guy, i would never be able to put full intensity into such a wide variety of muscles. Aside from that, i would do chest first then back in your split. I find when my back is fatigued, my chest workouts suffer. Man Law: Unless you weigh 3 times your height in inches, you shouldnt be doing steroids. |
