    I would take it with food. 10-15 minutes before.

    I've taken it with and without food and I've noticed no difference in efficacy. Although, when I've taken it just before or after eating, I began to sweat after about 20-30 minutes. Just a heads up.

    I have taken it usually 20-30 minutes before eating. I don't think it matters, but that's how I remember to take it.
