I saw that Iron Forged Nutrition came out with their Most Wanted Black Series. I had taken the original Most Wanted and loved the results. So, I wanted to give the Black Series a try. After about 2-3 weeks I definitely noticed an increase in muscle strength, I was recovering quickly after the most intense workouts I've probably been through, and even my mood was enhanced. I just felt healthy, and could focus more.
I also was reading about Antaeus Labs Titan, which uses Ultra-Tomatidine. Titan is the newest natural anabolic that I have read about so I decided to give it a try as well! I noticed I put on 1-2 pounds of lean muscle within the first 2-3 weeks and noticed my strength increased even more. It has a lot of health benefits like reducing your bad cholesterol (HDL).
