I received 2 bottles of 5aoHP from TurningGreen. I currently weigh 175Lb and have 7% body fat. After I am done running this cycle I will re weigh and re do my body fat.
My work outs will consist of Crossfit-Monday through Friday and a weight routine Tuesday through Friday with weekends off.
Crossfit will be my cardio and plyo while my weight routine will be heavy with a rep count of 10-12 for 4 sets.
