Yes it is..I kind of wish this stack was made before summer but oh well.. I am buying two, one for now and one for next summer!

Agree, but i dont do winter bulks, i do gain in the winter months but thats because of the holiday eating..lol I try and stay lean through out the year, for personal and job related reasons

Definitely the way to go - better than the traditional bulk-cut-bulk-cut AND plays less havoc on the body, IMO
