I just noticed that the CEM store has USP DMSO. You should be able to run much higher concentrations in your tranderamal homebrew without the bad breath or skin irritation problems with 99% DMSO.
The bad breath as I understand it is caused by the sulphur breakdown so this problem is inherent in any grade of DMSO. I've used both theirs and the one from lemelange and noticed no difference in odor. If the odorifous properties are that much of an issue use dmfa.
