Any critiques would be appreciated.

~50yo Woman, mildly active, no exercise rx, moderately structured diet
Diagnosed with minor hypothyroidism.
Current Rx: levoxyl (levothyroxine)

She is experiencing chronic hair loss, mild depression and weight gain.

My ideas:
1. NOW Foods Green Tea Extract 400mg
2. NOW Foods Tri-Amino (Arginine (~250mg per pill) /Ornithine/Lysine)
3. Health From The Sun Evening Primrose Oil 500

GTE - 400mg ED, Morning.
Tri-Amino - 3 pills per day (full serving is 4 pills, ~1.2g L-Arg)
EPO - 2 pills per day with food

Any additions or idea's? I am considering adding a daily multi as well as supplemental iron.
Thanks in advance...

GTE might be contraindicated for hypothyroidism due to it's flouride content. There is some research on this though I am kinda on the fence as to whether GT has that much impact. Either way, you may consider some supplemental iodine/iodide to boost thyroid effeciency/output.

Coconut oil and/or Forskohlin might also be good picks to boost thyroid output. CO will help with skin/hair issues as well as weightloss if used in a structured diet plan.

I have read a little bit about the flouride content of GT. She is also concerned with weight loss, so i thought about adding it.

Thanks for the recommendations.
