New to site and need some HELP!!!!

I am 28 in the Military and would like to get back to my former weight and lifts.

5'5 170 lbs 35% BF what i am now

i want to get back to

175 15%
or get bigger altogether
180-185lbs

Any advice that y'all can give me, or supplements to help in the process.

I totally agree. Diet is the number one factor in achieving your goals of a better body. Perfect your diet and you will be happy with the results.
