NO products

when i take NO products, i cant feel the effects after 2 or 3 weeks. i talked to a personal trainer about it, and he said to swap between different NO products every 2 weeks so my body wont get used to it. is this true or is there a different way to go about it?
 
it would probably be better to cycle off them completely. i dont think switching brands is going to help. 2 weeks on 2weeks off would probably work well.
 
I have found this to be true with me for the most part as well. Try not to use the NO everyday. Only use them on your lift days imo. I know some say a scoop in the morning on off days, this is a waste imo. Also, give them a break every couple months, just use a stim (caffeine or what not) instead to give yourself a break from them for a couple weeks or so. Good luck bro :thumbsup:
 
thanx for ur input fellas, wat kinds do yall recommend? ive used xplode and black powder, both worked the same for me, til i hit that 2 week mark
 
I will whore out the recommendation again since I've been completely blown away with the product.... VPX NO-Shotgun, which is much more than an NO product, but a top notch pre-workout mix.
 
make sure you take your antiox's with any NO product
 
An underrated aspect of NO supplementation for sure!

I know that a few formulas have anti-oxidants already in them... such as White FLOOD & Ragnarok... kinda puts the mind at ease...

I am the same way...I only use my Ragnarok on workout days. My body never gets used to it's properties...and I save some money on ordering all the time, haha

PS - if you mix with Purple Wraath from Controlled Labs...it's delicious.
 
don't really know why most people go the expensive route, flavored NO products and all, maybe i'm a cheap bastard but 1 bottle of L-Arginine is around 10-15 dollars depending on mgs. and qty of bottle, 3-5 grams pre w/o and 2-3 grams post, and i'm good to go. only take it on days i train arms, back,shoulders and chest, so 4 days out of the 7 in the week, i guess you could consider that taking time off......

Right on, PW seems to mix well with alot of things!!! That's a nice pre/intra cocktail for sure!!!

Pure arginine is better than nothing. I actually enjoy the flavored products, and they have so much in them to enhance your workouts. :) I look forward to my White FLOOD pre workout!

Most people "get used" to the products as they build a caffeine tolerance. You could get bulk AAKG and use it daily and I highly doubt the results would change (they didn't for me when I used it for a few months).
 
Another one to pimp, just based on what I have heard, and also will be trying soon, is RPN's noxidant. It covers all the bases as well

wen i say i get used to it, i mean i dont hav the same pumps that i had wen i started it, i wear down quicker but not as quick as i do without it
